WHAT IS THE FOUNDATIONS COURSE ALL ABOUT?

So you’ve never done CrossFit before, you’re aren’t sure what it is, you’re worried that you’re not ready for it yet, seen lots of movements that you can’t imagine yourself doing… sound familiar?

At CrossFit Tunbridge Wells, we are committed to making our members confident and “educated athletes” who are invested in CrossFit as the most effective means of achieving lifelong health and fitness.

No matter how experienced you are, these are valuable and worth the time. Even if you think you have perfect form on your squats, deadlifts and/or overhead presses, it’s amazing what can be fixed when you have a trained and experienced set of eyes watching you do them.

Our foundations course has been tried and tested over the past few years and has proven to be the best way for any of our members to fast track their fitness and goal.

The reason for this is simple. Instead of having to come into class and learn a new movement or technique from scratch, you will already have the basics and can instead just focus on improving class after class.

Here’s what’s included:

  • 3 Hours CrossFit Foundations coaching from our qualified coaches with over a decade combined of experience.
  • Your first month’s membership included*
  • Individual movement assessment.
  • Personal nutrition plan based on your goals giving you your own bespoke guide with an individual nutrition perscription.

Pricing: All this would normally be at least as much as £250 Our Foundations Course is only £169.
