Pause Policy
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way, and you may need to take a short break from training.
Here’s how our pause policy works:
- Members with a good payment history can request to pause their membership for injury, illness, extended travel, pregnancy, or personal circumstances.
- Minimum pause: 2 weeks
- Maximum pause: 8 weeks per calendar year (can be taken in one or multiple periods)
- Notice: Requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your next payment date.
- Admin fee: A small £5 fee may apply to process each pause period.
- Payments: No payments are taken during an approved pause.
- Automatic restart: Memberships automatically reactivate when the pause ends, and regular billing resumes.
- Closures: Memberships cannot be paused while the gym is closed, such as for holidays, events, or maintenance periods.
