Cancellation Policy

We aim to make leaving as straightforward as possible, while keeping things fair for everyone.

You can cancel your membership at any time with 30 days’ notice.
Your final payment will cover this notice period, and you’ll still have full access until it ends.

If you’re on a Committed (12-month) or Flexible (3-month) plan, early cancellation is possible. Any discounted months already received may be recalculated at the Standard monthly rate, which may result in an early cancellation fee.
Cancellations must be made in writing; we cannot accept verbal or in-app requests.
